We are ultimately a services business. We provide a range of support services to end customers through our resellers partners, or by arrangement directly.  Of course we represent our suppliers in the capacity that best serves their interests, their customers and our involvement.  Doing business with us, and the products we represent, should be easy and valued.  We strive to add service, and services, to make our customer’s experience the best it can be. 

Buying software is not a solution in itself

We want to provide sufficient support for our end customers to solve their business problem.  We build services with that end in mind – how they are delivered by APS, or its partners, will depend on the skills in our supply chain to you.   Each organisation has different requirements so we will always to endeavour to conduct our business in a manner that is mutually advantageous.  

Services are delivered in a variety of ways depending on the technology, the customer’s requirement and our partner’s capacity to deliver support.  For example, we provide services for:

  • Off-site management through either webconferencing or VPN access to help customers manage their policy communications directly to their employees for the specialist applications of PolicyMatter & Comply from HiTec.  Thus, allowing our reseller partners to focus on the technical deployment and the customer to focus on what needs to be communicated to the employee;
  • we can be the primary conatct for support services; or
  • the second line support for our resellers;
  • we provide sales and marketing support to reseller partners; and
  • regional representation for our suppliers.
